The search was on in our neighborhood! Missing "Lost Cat" š
Mister M. hadn't been seen since last night. He had a wounded paw. Had he been taken by a predator. Mister M. was loved and wanted. Everyone was looking for him, calling his name. He was important, although he didn't think so.
You see earlier yesterday his owner was cat sitting kitten. Mister M. felt unloved (territorial). Like the lost sheep in the Bible he wandered off.
After his owner searched far and near calling his name. All the neighbors stood in front of his house perplexed wondering where to look next. What a loving sight!
As I looked across the street I saw Mister. M. Slowly heading home. I pointed and excitedly yelled "there he is"! Our small search team applauded and rejoiced Mister M. was found! Mister M. finally realized how much he was loved.
Are you feeling lonely, lost or feeling unloved? Please know that God loves you and he is calling you. He wants to draw you near to him. You are important to him. He seeks after us even when we don't seek after him. He has enough love for us all and always desires to be with us.
4 āSuppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesnāt he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, āRejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.ā
Luke 15:4-6
